Product Safety and Precautionary Measures during Covid-19

Your health and safety is our utmost priority.  To ensure that our products are safe for use, we are practicing hygiene and safety precautions in handling every cozsho product.  Our staff are well-informed of health and safety precautionary measures to conduct business operations and are equipped with disinfectant including alcohol spray, face shields, surgical face masks and gloves when handling cozsho products.  We sanitize cozsho products from time of delivery, ensuring we observe quarantine measures prior to having contact with products, sanitizing packaging using non-toxic disinfectant sprays.  

While team cozsho has these safety and healthy measures in place, we still recommend that you conduct your own health and safety measures upon delivery of the item, mindful of the care instruction guide for each of the cozsho products available.

Shipping details policy

Standard shipping fee of PHP150 for Metro Manila areas will be added at checkout.  For outside Metro Manila orders, we will contact you for the additional shipping cost that may be incurred on top of the PHP150 flat rate delivery fee. 

We strive to do same day delivery for orders placed before 5PM within Metro Manila areas of Makati, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Quezon City, Manila, San Juan.

Shipping usually takes 1-5 working days for Metro Manila areas and 5-10 working days for NCR areas, depending on location with 5 PM cut-off time.  Orders after 5 PM will be moved to the next working day, with shipping time to reflect accordingly.

Please be advised that there may be delays in delivery due to the current quarantine restrictions.  Likewise,  deliveries are subject to community quarantine restrictions, government regulations and local government unit regulations published from time to time. We sincerely hope for your understanding with this uncontrollable circumstance.

Product Details and Sale Guidelines

Images or photos associated with products are for reference only and should be considered for illustrative purposes only.   Actual cozsho products may differ from cozsho product images displayed online. Likewise, actual color of cozsho product may look different than the color as it appears online.  cozsho product photos used at www.cozsho.com or at social media pages are considered as assets of cozsho.  Permission to use should be obtained from cozsho, or the user should credit cozsho as source of product images or photos.

All product prices indicated are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated, and are exclusive of shipping cost, and other fees that may not be explicitly indicated. 

cozsho reserves the right to change any published price prior to order acceptance.  All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.  In case of unfulfilled order, cozsho will provide you with an alternative product or provide you with a payment refund.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email will be sent to you within 24-48 hours to indicate receipt of your order. All product orders are accepted subject to Product Details and Sale Guidelines.  cozsho reserves the right to decline any order. 

Order payment

cozsho accepts online payment methods supported by Paypal. You can pay for your purchase even without a Paypal account.   We accept credit and debit card payments even without a PayPal account. Just click Continue > Click Pay with PayPal > Click Pay with a Bank Account or Credit Card.

Full payment must be made before delivery of online purchases.  We will take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to handle the details of your order and  payment information securely.  However, in the absence of negligence in our part, cozsho cannot be held liable for any loss you may incur if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data or information you provided in our website. 

Payment refund

If you are entitled to a payment refund based on the Returns and Exchanges policies, refunds will be made on the original method of payment used to purchase the product within 15 working days after we have received the returned product.  After which please check with your original method of payment, usually with your bank or credit card company, whether this has been credited back to your account.  There is usually a processing time for the bank or credit card to officially post your refund.   The processing time differs from one bank or credit card to another. 

If your refund is not reflected in your bank account or credit card statement within 30 days from the time you applied for a refund, please get in touch with us at hello@cozsho.com

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that you are entitled to a payment refund, shipping cost will be deducted from the payment refund.

Note that only regular priced products are subject for payment refund.  Sale or marked down priced products are not eligible for payment refund.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is valid and free of charge before the product order is set to be delivered and not yet picked up by our logistic partner.  If you had a change of mind and decided to cancel after your product order is on its way to you or after receiving it, please refer to  the Product Returns and Return Shipping Guidelines stated in our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Care Instruction Guide

For porcelain ceramics

cozsho porcelain dishes are food-safe and with some care, can be used in the oven.  Be careful though with sudden changes in temperature, say from freezer to oven, which may likely cause thermal shock, and eventually damage your porcelain. Remember to place very hot items onto either wood or cloth.

To avoid glaze scratches, store your porcelain in plate racks or with linen/felt paper in between each item.

For Glassware or Glass-made materials

Glassware may be tempered depending on material used but not unbreakable.  It may break if you drop it or there is a rapid change in temperature. Please do not put cold liquid in a hot glass, or place the glass on a wet cold surface when hot.

Do not use abrasive or harsh materials when cleaning glass to prevent scratches. Wipe with a clean cloth to dry  after washing with mild dishwashing soap and rinse thoroughly.

For Silicone-made products

Do not place in the microwave oven nor leave product in a high temperature environment.  Do not place near open flames nor dip in boiling water.  When applicable, wash and dry with clean cloth.  Do not use abrasive or harsh materials when cleaning to prevent scratches. Do not use bleach. 

For Stainless Steel

It is recommended to wash by hand every time after using it.  Do not use abrasive or harsh materials when cleaning glass to prevent scratches. Wipe with a clean cloth to dry after washing with mild dishwashing soap and rinse thoroughly.

Please do not place it in the microwave oven.

And we will provide a quote and the estimated order lead time. Note that for bulk orders or pre-ordered products, a 50% downpayment is required.
