Returns and Exchanges Policy

Product Returns and Return Shipping Guidelines

For you to be eligible for a 100% refund on your return purchase, the product purchased must be unused, damaged or with missing parts upon receipt, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it reported by sending an email to hello@cozsho.com within 7 calendar days from the time of your purchase.   

Please send an email to hello@cozsho.com to return your product.  We will send you return instructions for a damaged or defective product.  cozsho will shoulder the shipping cost for product returns. 

 Any promotional product or free gift associated with the product for return must be returned at the same time.  

cozsho will send you an email notification on the email address used to purchase the product to acknowledge receipt of the returned product.  Notification whether the product is approved or rejected for refund will be sent to the same email address. 

Return and/or Refund Eligibility including Damaged or Defective Products

The return and exchange time frame depend on how soon you are able to ship the returned product and how soon we are able to receive it.

Return and payment refund may not be applicable if the product is not in its original packaging and not in the same condition upon receipt, is damaged or with missing parts that are not caused by us. Exclusion may also apply for perishable goods, personal care or health products or products with sanitary or hygienic purpose or use. 

Partial refunds may apply for certain situations such as, but not limited to any product for return that is reported via email at hello@cozsho.com more than 7 calendar days after receipt, that has product damage or defect, and has been opened, tampered or used already is entitled to a 50% of final paid price. 

cozsho replaces a product that is caused by manufacturing damage or defect  You have the option to replace damaged or defective product with a new one or apply for a payment refund.  

2. Gifts or Bridal Registry Purchase

You will be entitled to a gift credit for the value of your returned product if the product was marked as a gift upon purchase and sent directly to you.  Please send an email to hello@cozsho.com to receive instructions on how to return gifts or bridal registry purchase and how to redeem the gift credit. 

In the event that the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or it was not sent directly to you, cozsho will evaluate based on Product Returns and Return Shipping Guidelines.  Just the same, kindly reach out to us at hello@cozsho.com
